Silt provides spatial data collection services, including LiDAR and video datasets for AI training and robotics applications. Our platform enables custom data collection from real-world environments to support production-ready AI models.

Services include data collection, processing, verification, and delivery of spatial datasets for commercial and research use.

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message. For help, reply HELP or visit /support.

If you choose to invite other users and provide their phone numbers, you authorize us to send the invitation you request. You represent that you have permission to provide the recipient's phone number and to contact them. You agree not to use invites to spam, harass, or send unlawful communications, and we may limit or block invites to prevent abuse. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party carriers and providers.

The Silt platform, including its software, algorithms, and proprietary data collection methodologies, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data collected through our services may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Collect data from private property without permission
• Use automated systems to access our platform without authorization
• Transmit harmful code or interfere with service operations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall Silt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
